Belgian luxury outdoor furniture brand Manutti has added another stylish chapter to its design story—this time, on the terrace of Boury, the 3-Michelin-starred restaurant in Roeselare. In what marks a continuation of a longstanding collaboration, Manutti was once again called upon to bring its signature craftsmanship and refined aesthetics to one of Belgium’s most acclaimed culinary destinations.

At Boury, where every dish is treated as an artwork and hospitality is delivered with almost reverential precision, design plays an equally pivotal role. Set in a charming 1950s villa with an expansive garden just outside Roeselare’s city centre, the restaurant’s terrace is more than a transitional space—it’s the stage on which much of the Boury experience unfolds.

Manutti answered the brief with elegance, furnishing the outdoor space with seven different collections tailored to create moments of calm, comfort, and style. From the Napoli bistro tables and Radoc dining chairs to the Zendo Sense lounge sofas and Sandua lighting, every element was chosen not only for visual harmony, but for how it contributes to the overall rhythm of a meal at Boury.

The dining area is defined by its sense of ease. Slim silhouettes and unobtrusive shapes ensure the view—from plate to garden—is never disrupted. Textures and tones have been curated to echo the natural surroundings, with soft, cushioned seating inviting guests to linger a little longer. A dedicated low-dining zone introduces a contemporary, relaxed dimension to the terrace, making the transition from lunch to an aperitif feel seamless.
