(in the toby tin)

5ml of agave syrup

15ml of lime juice

25ml guava juice

5ml banana liqueur

10ml medium dry amontilado sherry

50ml white rum (El Dorado 3yrs)

2 dashes of walnut bitters


Add cubed ice to the top. Shake and then strain into the serving glass. Enjoy!
