CUT at 45 Park Lane, the delectable dining destination found within Dorchester Collection’s contemporary Mayfair hotel, has announced the latest in its summer pop-up series.
Executive chef David McIntyre and celebrated chef Wolfgang Puck will be bringing Chinois on Main (Main Street, Santa Monica) to London for four days of classic dishes.
Taking place from Wednesday, June 27 to Saturday, June 30, the pop up will mark the 35th anniversary of Chinois on Main, where Puck pioneered the birth of fusion between Asian flavours and French techniques in America in 1983.
Family style tasting menus will be offered at dinner, with an à la carte option offered at lunch time only.
The menu will include an array of Puck’s signature dishes, including:
• Wok fried loup de mer with ponzu, scallions and fried rice’
• Shanghai lobster risotto with pickled ginger, and crispy emerald leaves
• Grilled Japanese wagyu sirloin with Szechuan pepper and caramelized shallots
In honour of Chinois on Main’s 35th anniversary, Champagne Lanson’s exceptional Vintage 1983 will be served from Magnums by the glass.

Wallet: Six courses priced at £115, and eight courses priced at £165 including a welcome cocktail, and excluding service charge. An à la carte menu will be offered at lunch only with dishes from £18.
