Jonathan Karpathios is a chef. He trained in London with Pierre Koffman and since worked in many top kitchens in Holland, becoming one of the top 100 chefs when he was only 26. When his son was born his perspective on life and his work was completely changed. So in 2007 he opened his restaurant ‘Vork & Mes’ with the aim to practice and teach responsibility in the way we cook and eat. He grows much of the produce for his menu in his own greenhouse or buys from local, organic suppliers.
