All aboard! Enjoy an array of ‘pop-up’ dining events aboard Belmond British Pullman with new additions to the line-up including; exclusive dinners hosted by Michael Roux Jr, Raymond Blanc OBE and other celebrated TV chefs, an elegant champagne afternoon tea and the ultimate gin journey.

Established as one of London’s most exclusive and experiential dining series, each event welcomes just lucky 100 guests onboard to embrace the unique glamour of the iconic train with an opportunity to meet some of the UK’s most exciting culinary talents. Whet your appetite with the upcoming evenings set to take place…

1 Tom Kerridge, 21st July
First to take over the galley-kitchens for dinner is British celebrity Tom Kerridge, one of TV’s most affable chefs and owner of the country’s most sought out and only two Michelin-starred pub, Hand and Flowers in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. Returning for his fifth year of excellence onboard, Tom will showcase his passion for adding a modern twist to classic British dishes – creating an exclusive ‘pop-up pub’ within the vintage carriages.

2 Raymond Blanc OBE, 18 August
This August sees self-taught and award-winning chef, Raymond Blanc OBE, celebrated Chef-Patron at Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons join the procession. Inspired by his mother’s dedication to the seasons and with a philosophy centred around organic and sustainable food, Raymond will present a menu of beautifully fresh ingredients and flavours.

3 Michel Roux Jr, 28 September
This year also sees Michel Roux Jr, one of Britain’s most highly regarded two Michelin-starred chefs and TV personalities take to the elegant surroundings of Belmond British Pullman. In September, Michel will embrace his training and vast experience in classical French cookery and serve up a menu of specially crafted courses.

4 James Martin, 16 November 
As the weather turns colder in November, guests will enjoy the culinary delights of James Martin for the fifth season, with a heart-warming menu inspired by his Yorkshire roots. A comforting and hearty theme will connect guests with James’s love for nostalgic recipes from his childhood, combined with flavours and twists acquired during his years of cooking and travelling in France.

5 Don’t forget the gin
The series of events draws to a close on 22 November 2018 with a uniquely curated gin experience with premium gin Tanqueray No. TEN. Guests will be whisked back to the charm of the roaring twenties while served a menu of seven uniquely crafted dishes that bring to life the citrus botanicals of Tanqueray No. TEN, paired with matching cocktails.

For those keen to learn more, the silver service dinner will be followed by a specialist masterclass with Tanqueray’s Brand Ambassador, who will help to create the perfect Tanqueray No. TEN gin martini featuring an array of citrus fruits, herbs and spices. Chin, chin!
