Using the creative combination of Theo Fennells signature hue and the careful ingredient selection from Joseph Arowolo, bar manager at Sketch, the cocktail is a perfect way to celebrate the start of Spring. Available next week, this exclusive new cocktail will only be available for a four month period at Sketch gallery and complements both the lush pink surroundings of India Mahdavi and David Shrigley’s recently launched space and Theo’s unusual, striking and often colourful jewellery designs. Not only afitting design but with uplifting flavours to match such as Beefeater 24, floral notes of rose liquor, rose champagne and delicately scented orange blossom.

Ingredients

25ml Beefeater 24

25ml lillet rose

12.5ml rose liqueur

5ml grenadine

25ml lemon juice

25ml double cream

1.25ml orange blossom water

one egg white

Method

Shake well, stir in 50ml rosé champagne and thenstrain into chilled champagne glass. Garnish with a rose bud and serve immediately.
