The Foundation, which was founded in 2004, continues to develop ongoing relationships through the maintenance of a strong cooperation with other philanthropy actors; by supporting exchange programs; by providing professional internships and through the provision of access into the culinary culture for as many people as is possible.
The Foundation’s philosophy as described by Paul Bocuse: “We are textbooks, our profession can be learned, it’s a profession of companionship that we have the duty to pass on. Support young people, go hand in hand with them and help them reveal their talents.”
