Ingredients
4oz Cardinal Gin
2oz simple syrup
4oz Fair Game Apple Tipper Wine
30 black peppercorns
½ sliced pear
2 wheels of blood orange
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole star anise pods
½ finger of fresh ginger sliced thin
Method
Load all ingredients into Porthole and smoke with Polyscience hand-held smoker using North Carolina pecan wood.Allow 30 minutes to infuse.
