While for most Halloween is a celebration of zombies, skeletons and the long deceased, here at FOUR we’ve teamed up with Portobello Road Gin to bring you a cocktail that will bring your evening thoroughly back to life. Refreshing and sharp it’s potent enough to revive even the most comatosed Zombie…

“This recipe is adapted from that most wonderful book Harry Craddock’s peerless 1930 Savoy Cocktail Book, one of our favourites from that book indeed, and a suitably ghoulish name for Halloween. Corpse Revivers were actually a whole family of drinks designed primarily to chase away the cobwebs from a previous night’s drinking. There were many different recipes but this is really the only one that you encounter in the modern era. Harry Craddock himself famously observed that:”Four of these taken in swift succession will un-revive the corpse again…”
