The third instalment of our ‘tequila time’ cocktails from South of Nick’s in San Clemente, California, comes in the form of a toasted coconut margarita to cool you down this weekend…Enjoy!
Toasted coconut margarita

Glass | Frozen margarita glass

Garnish | Lime wheel

Ingredients

1.5 ounces corralejo silver tequila

1 ounce coco lopez

1.25 ounces sweet and sour

6 large ice cubes

Toasted coconut rim, to garnish

Method

Measure and pour all ingredients into a blender. Blend on medium speed until ingredients are smooth. Pour contents of blender into garnished frozen margarita glass. Serve immediately.
