The last in our tequila series from cocktails from South of Nick’s in San Clemente, California. This time its the turn of the ‘spicy lover’…

Spicy lover

Glass | Bucket glass

Garnish |3 skewered blueberries

Ingredients

2 ounces jalapeno infused corralejo silver tequila

.75 ounces blueberry syrup

.75 ounces chambord liqueur

2 ounces sweet and sour

pop rock rim, to garnish

3 skewered blueberries

Method

Fill shaker with ice. Measure and pour all ingredients into the shaker. Shake well, and pour entire contents of shaker into garnished bucket glass.
