The Museum of the African Diaspora will be hosting a delectable Diaspora Dinner 2018 with Tanya Holland in California this summer.

If you love fine dining, don’t miss out on this exciting evening in San Fransisco this June. Join Tanya Holland for a sumptuous evening of food, drinks and entertainment.

Taking place on June 12, join Holland, a Top Chef contestant, author and owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Brown Sugar Kitchen, for a special feast filled with food and informative conversation.  For guests lucky enough to attend, the evening will begin with a Champagne toast at the Museum before the group moves on to The St. Regis hotel for a curated multi-course dinner.

The night will also feature a lively conversation between Chef Holland and Shakirah Simley, co-founder of Nourish | Resist. The duo will chat about  Tanya’s life as a celebrity chef, as well as her thoughts on today’s hot topics – such as food, race, and gender.

After two decades in the kitchen, Chef Tanya Holland continues to be a visionary force in the culinary world.  Having gone from strength to strength, Holland has been at the forefront of “reinventing, reinterpreting, and reinvigorating what’s thought of as African American food.”
