This weekend, FOUR will be reporting from Scotland about a journey of discovery…

From 15-20 June, a group of passionate foodies, gastronomers and experts in their field, meet in the Scottish Dufftown to work on “The Perfect Taste”. Together with the following personalities, Markus Heinze, brand ambassador at Glenfiddich, will travel to Scotland from Germany to experience the spirit of the founders, the Grant Family, and to create new, stylish moments of culinary pleasure:

, Germany’s youngest three-Michelin-star chef

Onur Elci, founder and partner at Kitchen Guerilla

Florian Falk, founder of company Just Spices

Tim Ole-Mundt, founder of fashion label Gentleman’s Agreement

With the aim of exploring the perfect taste, the Germans have embarked on their trip to create special moments of enjoyment around the Glenfiddich Single Malt specialities. They will first experience as many facets of Scotland as possible and then use their new discoveries, ideas and passions to create the “Perfect Taste”, reflecting stylish pleasure and the modern way of life. The Grant family will be at their side to support them, together with Malt Master Brian Kinsman and Global Brand Ambassador Ian Miller, who will introduce them to the staff in the distillery. On the last eveningat the grand dinner, they will share their findings with Peter Gordon, Company Director and direct descendant of the founder. The Perfect Taste could be anything from the best outfit for the perfect whisky evening to a fantastic menu for an evening with a group of friends – everything is possible.

FOUR will be reporting live from the event this weekend to share the outcome of this exciting journey of discovery.
