Chef Toix has been scattered with awards by a range of illustrious culinary bodies over his 20 years’ culinary experience, including the Michelin Bib Gourmand, a Large Table Award by Chateaux and Hotels Collection by Alain Ducasse and three toques by the Gault et Millau guide.
His fine-dining restaurant, Passions et Gourmandises has kept its Michelin star since 2008, for his cuisine, which puts unique and seasonal ingredients, and beautiful presentation and flavours at its forefront. He will be bringing some of his delights to The Tivoli via the signature three-course Business Lunch menu, the six-course Degustation Dinner menu and a selection of dishes on the à la carte menu.
