Ingredients
2 parts Peruvian Pisco (3 parts if at home..)
1 part lime juice
1 part sugar syrup (1:1 ratio sugar to water stirred until dissolved)
A small dash of egg white
Method
Blend with 3 ice cubes (no more no less!) and strain into a chilled glass of your choice. Garnish with one drop of Peruvian or Angostura bitters.
Note: It’s definitely an ‘upper’ and is great to make at home.
