Garnish | Lime

Ingredients

50ml Plantation pineapple rum

30ml fresh lemon juice

20ml maple syrup

20ml pineapple juice

Small pieces of ginger

Method

Shake all ingredients with small pieces of ginger and strain into a coupette. Garnish with lime and serve immediately.
