With the peach season at its peak, l’Anima London gives you peach Bellinis that you won’t want to miss…

Makes 2


½ ripe white peach

1 teaspoon of white sugar

150 ml Prosecco


Take the skin of the peach. Put half of the skin with the peach in the blender as it gives the beautiful pink colour to the Bellini. Blend well and add the teaspoon of sugar. Pour the mixture into two Prosecco glasses and top up with Prosecco (75ml each).
