Pandora’s box
Ingredients
40ml aged Plymouth gin, aged in a bourbon-flavoured barrel 15ml herbal liqueur
15ml cherry brandy
15ml pineapple nectar
2 Thai lime wedges, juiced 7ml sugar syrup
Dash of Angostura bitters
To serve
2 scoops crushed ice
1 dehydrated slice of lime, lemon and orange cherry crumble
Method
Place the aged Plymouth gin, herbal liqueur, cherry brandy, pineapple nectar, lime juice and sugar syrup into a shaker, along with a dash of Angostura bitters, and shake. Pour over a glass filled with the crushed ice and garnish with the dehydrated lime, lemon and orange and the cherry crumble. Serve in a box.
