With some extra time on our hands, many of us are starting to cook more than usual, and so FOUR has rounded up some of the best online cooking classes offered by our favorite chefs. From José Andrés to Dominique Ansel, there are masters of all cuisines teaching home cooks how to up their culinary game in both sweet and savory cooking. Let’s dig in…

Massimo Bottura – Bring Indispensable Italian Flair to Your Cooking

The world’s most loved Italian chef gives his tips for simple yet utterly divine Italian cooking. At at 2p.m. every day, Christina Tosi cooks up a sweet storm in her NYC kitchen, giving the recipes behind some seriously mouthwatering creations. A shopping list, full recipe and playlist are all provided in advance, so that you can easily prep and follow Christina step-by-step on an exciting baking adventure. Iconic Milk Bar treats are the order of the day here, so expect to concoct delicious goodies such gooey butter cake, brownies, blondies, and chocolate chip cookies, along with an occasional savory recipe such as lip-smacking tortillas. José Andrés – Recipes for Homely Cuisine

In addition to running the amazing charity World Central Kitchen, which has already served more than 2 million meals across the globe in response to the coronavirus pandemic, top chef José Andrés still finds time to host cooking classes on his Instagram account on a nightly basis. His #RecipesForThePeople focuses on creating easy recipes for families, which Andrés cooks alongside his daughters on his IGTV channel. The recipes are quick, simple, and make use of ingredients you probably have tucked away at the back of your pantry. Some highlights include favorites such as Fried Rice and Fritters.
