With a taste of Asia firmly in mind the new cocktail menu from, Hutong in the London Shard, showcases the many wacky and wonderful flavours that China has to offer. Try this delicious recipe for a Nuwang cocktail to kickstart your weekend. Enjoy!

Ingredients

50ml Snow Queen Vodka

1 slice cucumber muddled

A pinch of chilli

15ml lychee liqueur

15ml lychee juice

15ml lime juice

20ml sugar syrup

Method

Mix all ingredients and then shake before straining over ice into a glass jar. Top with soda and garnish with an edible flower. Enjoy!
