Nobu hotel Las Vegas opens today, revealing a collaboration between Caesars Palace, chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Nobu Hospitality primary shareholders, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper.

The new hotel is home to 181 bedrooms, plus the 327-seat Nobu Restaurant, joining a growing number of luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurant hotspots on the Vegas Strip.

Las Vegas has established itself as the entertainment and dining capital of the world over the past decade. The Nobu hotel joins the Mandarin Oriental, home to Pierre Gagnaire’s Twist restaurant, Wynn Hotel, Bellagio and Trump International Towers.

Chef Nobu Matsuhisa and his team are expected to bring their international following to the Las Vegas landscape. Nobu hotel Las Vegas joins the group’s growing portfolio of hotels, with a property in Riyadh and soon to open hotels in London and Bahrain.
