To continue with our celebration of cocktails from award winning bar, Nightjar, this weekend we bring you the refreshing taste of a ‘Little Entente’.

Little Entente

Glass | Collins glass

Garnish | Kaffir lime leaves

Ingredients

40ml Belvedere Vodka

20ml St Germain Elderflower Liqueur

25ml lemon

Large spoon grilled Korean pear puree

2 kafir lime leaves

Method

Shake and strain all ingredients into a Collins glass, lengthen with wheat beer and serve immediately.
