Refreshing, simple and with floral notes to welcome in Summer, this cocktail from Nightjar, London, is bound to impress guests on a balmy evening.

Airmail

Glass | Flute

Garnish | Green tea rim, icing sugar

Ingredients

50ml Havana club 7yo

Half fresh lime juice

15ml bee pollen syrup (could use honey instead)

Fresh mint

Method

All ingredients are shaken together and served in a flute, thentopped up with champagne. Garnish with a green tea rim and icing sugar.
