If you love exquisite Japanese cuisine, you’ll love these delectable celebrations.

To celebrate the exciting 10th anniversary of Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant YOSHI, the famous hotspot will be hosting a series of Japanese-inspired delights until the end of November.

Visit the Lobby Bar to see beautiful sculptural artwork from Tsuyu Bridwell as the hotel is adorned with colours of Japan.  Her stunning artwork «A wish on a wing» will be on display, transporting guests into a poetic, fragile and light universe filled with origami butterflies that look as if they are twirling in the air.

On 2nd November, guests can also enjoy a private visit of the Japanese Gardens of Monaco with landscape architect Master Beppu, who conceived the site. This green oasis is a mixture of traditional Japanese landscape and Mediterranean elements, the result of a collaboration between Monegasque and Japanese gardeners, that offers an exotic trip in the land of the rising sun within the Principality. Post-immersion, indulge with lunch served at YOSHI.

Takéo Yamazaki, chef of the Michelin-star awarded restaurant will also be hosting a special masterclass teaching foodies to the discovery of numerous Mediterranean fish. Once the class is finished, attendees can enjoy a special tasting lunch filled with exceptional wines and Champagnes. What’s more, there will also be an indulgent anniversary menu to sink your teeth into throughout the celebrations.

Finally, saké lovers can delight on the 20th October, when the restaurant will host a special pairing dinner with a master sommelier, who will propose the tasting of unprecedented nectars with Louis Robuchon-Abe.

Available until the end of November, book your space via emailing communication@metropole.com
