Twice Michelin starred chef Atul Kochhar is heating up his kitchen in Amersham with a new array of aromas and flavours as Hawkyns’ menu turns exclusively Indian, as well as unveils a new Hawkyns @home offering.

Labeled as a “Master of Spices”, Kochhar’s new Indian menu at Hawkyns will honor his fame as he celebrates the best of Indian cuisine in every bite.

Diners can expect a variety of culinary delights, all injected with a healthy dose of spice and culture, such as the Samosa: Coriander and Ginger flavoured Potato Samosa with Tamarind chutney and the Murg Makhani: Tandoori Chicken Tikka in creamed Tomato and Fenugreek sauce.

Alongside the new menu, Hawkyns will launch Hawkyns @home, a highly anticipated takeaway service. This will enable guests to dine on Atul’s moreish morsels from the comfort of their own homes. Hawkyns @ home dishes will include Chicken Tikka Masala and a Kebab platter featuring Kebab, Salmon, King Prawn and Lamb Chops. The Hawkyns @home collection service will be available Tuesday through Saturday evenings.

Hawkyns is a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, and is Kochhar’s second Buckinghamshire restaurant in addition to the award-winning Sindhu restaurant in Marlow. Hawkyns is situated at The Crown, a former Elizabethan coaching inn that creaks with history and heritage. Offering 45 stunningly appointed rooms, re-imagined by designer Ilse Crawford in 2009, the Inn is ideally positioned in the picturesque town of Amersham, which boasts architecture spanning more than five centuries. Amersham is easily accessible via the Metropolitan line (Zone 9) and Chiltern Railways.
