Mark your calendar for this exciting gastronomic evening in New York this June.

Manzo, the butcher-themed restaurant in New York is hosting an exciting guest chefs series, which will kick off with a night of feasting with Chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Junoon. The guest chef series “From New York to New York” celebrates local chefs, local charities, and local producers.

For the next four months, Manzo at Eataly NYC Flatiron and Chef Adam Hill will be collaborating with one NYC-based chef per month to create a special dish using ingredients from local farms. What’s more, a portion of the proceeds will go to GrowNYC.

The action is set to launch this June with Chef Akshay Bhardwaj of Michelin Starred restaurant Junoon. Akshay will be  the first chef featured in the extended series. To kick off the premier of his dish on Manzo’s menu, Chef Akshay and Chef Adam will join forces and host an exclusive 4-course collaborative dinner at Manzo filled with seasonal delights.

Not only will each individual chef present their dish but they’ll also share how the dish represents their own journey to culinary success. Then, together, they will present a very special and unique dish created together in honour of each others stories, as well as one of Manzo’s beloved local producers, Arcadian Pastures, an idyllic farm located in upstate New York.

What’s more, each course will be paired with a unique cocktail, glass of wine, or beer handpicked by Manzo’s beverage director.
