Designed by renowned architect Pierre-Yves Rochon and Maja Oetker, Le Bar du Bristol isopen every day from 5pm to 2am, with DJs playing Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings from 9.30pm.
Located on the famous Rue du Faubourg Saint- Honoré, Le Bar du Bristol has a distinct English country club feel to it, with its rich heritage colours and deep oaky hues of burnt orange.
With a glass rooftop entrance,a mural fresco by French artist Thierry Bruet and the Aubusson tapestry by CharlesPinçon, dating back to 1740, hanging from the wall, Le Bar du Bristol is an opulent addition to the hotel’s glamorous architecture.
The interior is made from the very best resources, including the floor made from Versailles oak, magnificent panelled walls made from 100-year-old pine from Esher in Surrey and the 19thCentury fireplace, which is made of marble from Sienna in Italy.
Head Barman, Maxime Hoerth, has carefully selected a prestigious selection of spirits, while Eric Frechon, Le Bristol’s three-Michelin star chef, has designed a menu of enticing, snacks to accompany cocktails, such as Maki rolls with king crab and vegetablesin spicy ketchup, tartines of salted and peppered potted duck foie gras and gambas tempura with ginger and coriander mayonnaise.
