A critically acclaimed and Michelin-starred French fine-dining destination, La Trompette will provide the perfect setting for the evening of fine dining.
Thibault will guide guests through five individual flights of Château Margaux, each complemented by dishes from a custom-designed La Trompette menu. The event is priced at cost, with the wines offered by the Chateau at below market, making the event particularly attractive for members who wish to experience the inimitable wines of this most elegant of First Growths, across a 40 year span.
Château Margaux is a renowned wine estate of Bordeaux wine, and was one of four wines to achieve Premier cru (first growth) status in the Bordeaux Classification of 1855.
First opened in 2001, La Trompette has been showered with accolades since the outset; a reflection of the care, dedication and energy invested in the restaurant by the whole team. It serves some of the best food in London but without the formality or prices associated with the capital’s top end establishments.
It’s hardly surprising that the restaurant is one of quality – as it remains under the same ownership which includes other notable restaurants Chez Bruce and The Glasshouse.
