Never mind that the Arosa Kulm Hotel lies at 1.840 meters above sea level – this past weekend guests were able to enjoy Michelin-star cuisine at eye level. The kitchen opened its doors and master chefs André Jaeger (Restaurant Fischerzunft, Schauffhausen) and Thomas Bühner (Restaurant La Vie, Osnabrück) invited guests into their domain. From pan to mouth – was their slogan for the evening.
