Perched on a private island in the Venetian lagoon, JW Marriott Venice is a palatial resort found only a short 13-minute boat shuttle from Piazza San Marc. This summer, the luxury resort will be hosting an exciting four-hands dinner with chefs Federico Belluco and Chef Alfio Ghezzi and you’re invited.

Taking place on Thursday 26th July, the two Michelin-starred chefs will work together for a night presenting to their audience a unique 5-courses menu.

The menu is set to include:
• Minestrone broth
• Zucchini flowers with curry sauce and almond zucchini
• Unusual Trentino: single-grain spaghetti with Trentingrana and extra virgin olive oil
• Turnips and grilled celeriac sauce
• “Fried cream”

About chef Alfio Ghezzi
Trentino-born, Alfio Ghezzi arrived in April 2010 at Locanda Margon, the restaurant of the Ferrari Winery bearing respectable curriculum vitae.
During his career had the opportunity to learn this art from two great masters, Gualtiero Marchesi and Andrea Berton. With the first, he worked at the Hosteria dell’Orso in Rome and at the Casinò Les Princes in Cannes, with the second he was his sous-chef at Trussardi alla Scala in Milano.

The experience and the passion of this chef brought great satisfaction in no time and in November 2011, Locanda Margon he was recognized the first Michelin star. It is in 2016 that he reaches the second Michelin star. According to the “la guida delle guide”, which includes the results from all the major guides, Locanda Margon is the number one restaurant in Trentino and among the top one hundred in Italy.
