JP McMahon is not only a chef, here’s restaurateur and author too. culinary director of the EatGalway Restaurant Group, which comprises of Michelin-starred Aniar Restaurant, award-winning Spanish restaurant Cava Bodega, and Tartare Café & Wine Bar, this talented chef also finds the time to run the Aniar Boutique Cookery School.

The educational and ethical aspects of food are at the centre of JP’s food philosophy, from buying and supporting the best of local and free-range produce to engaging directly with farmers and producers. He’ll be bringing his passion for all things edible to Manchester in England this July for an exciting eight-course feast in the heart of the city.

With tickets starting from £75 per person, a matching wine package will also be available on the night.
