Caribbean scenery and succulent cuisine – this upcoming pop-up is not to be missed. Taking place on August 1st and 2nd, Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant at the Baoase Luxury Resort will host another edition of ‘Vive la Gastronomie’.
Michelin-starred chef, Jonnie Boer and his wife Thérèse are known across the globe for their three star, top 50 restaurant in the world; De Librije in Zwolle, The Netherlands. Together with Executive Chef, Rene Klop of Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant, they will treat lucky guests to an amazing culinary journey.
Wine and Spice training
On August 1st, Thérèse will host a Wine and Spice training masterclass. Delicious select wines combined with mouth-watering amuses will be served at a unique and intimate Baoase location. Seating is very limited (only 20 covers are available).Post-session, enjoy a 3 course dinner offer with wine pairings for only $100 per person.
On August 2nd, guests are invited to head to the Master Villa for welcome drinks and amuses, followed by an exquisite dinner with wine pairing at Baoase Culinary Beach Restaurant. Together with Rene Klop and his culinary team, Jonnie & Thérèse Boer will guarantee an unforgettable culinary experience – all accompanied by live music.

Availability is limited and reservations are required. The pricing for the Wine and Spice training on August 1st is $150 per person. The dinner on August 2nd is priced at $350 per person.
