Dishes will include Red Tuna with baked Goose Liver, Tiger Shrimp, Sea Bass with Oyster Maki, Lamb cooked in Hay with Orange and a rum-packed banana dessert. All five courses can be enjoyed for just 150 euros per person, with an optional wine pairing too.

About the chef
Belgian born, the TV cooking show host and entrepreneur has accomplished plenty in his career, including two Michelin stars. He champions natural food, with an emphasis on using ingredients sourced as locally as possible. His speciality? Sea food – his restaurant, Sea Grill, is (unsurprisingly) all about the sea.
