Carousel, Marylebone’s revolving creative hub, is set to host an exciting guest chef residency with The Pony & Trap this October.

Offering guests an opportunity to try a varied number of dishes from the award-winning Somerset restaurant, join the London venue for a taste of Somerset’s finest cuisine from 2nd – 6th October.  Since taking over The Pony & Trap, a 200-year-old pub in rural Somerset, siblings Josh and Holly Eggleton have been awarded a Michelin star for seven years in a row.

Celebrating produce from the Chew Valley and the pub’s own kitchen garden and orchard, chef proprietor Josh (a regular on BBC’s Great British Menu) has created a sustainable menu of elevated pub classics including ‘Porthilly Oyster, Leek Oil, Elderflower’, ‘Hake, Fermented Cucumber, Brown Butter, Apple, Herring Roe’ and ‘Somerset Ham, Baron Bigod, Beef Dripping Cheese Toasties, Truffle and Black Garlic’, while Holly curates the pub’s exemplary wine list. This October Josh will be coming to Carousel to showcase a menu of these refined West Country dishes.

Carousel’s front of house team will take care of wine and cocktail pairings for the dinner, with tickets priced at £39.50 per person. For your chance to taste some of Britain’s finest culinary talent, click here.
