Taking place at the beautiful Sofitel Phnompenh Phokeethra hotel, the 12-story Colonial-style property will provide the perfect lavish backdrop for the event.

Renowned throughout France, Chef Seychelles showcases French gastronomy to an exceptional standard. During this winter feast, he will demonstrate his culinary philosophy within a seven-course menu featuring stuffed frog legs, sea bass baked in salt crust – as well as other famous French delights.

About the chef
After achieving a diploma at the Pontivy Hotel School, Chef Thierry perfected his skills alongside Michelin Chefs such as Pierre Gagniare, Alain Passard and Patrice Caillault.

Later, Thierry Seychelles’ opened his own restaurant in Vannes, France named “Le Roscanvec”. This gastronomic address has become a true reference for refined cuisine – and thanks to this special two-day dining series, guests will be able to sample his cuisine for themselves.
