Lympstone Manor is inviting foodies to join them for a very special evening of food and wine, conversation and company within sumptuous surroundings this September.
The evening promises to be very personal, with Michael Caines personally introducing each course and revealing the stories behind the dishes. Steve Edwards will also be introducing the flight of matched wines that he has specially selected from Lympstone Manor’s fabulous 600-bin cellar.
The evening will begin with a flûte of MC Champagne and canapés served either on the terrace overlooking the Exe estuary (in fine weather) or in the hotel’s beautiful lounge. You’ll then be seated to savour a true gastronomic experience, a six-course tasting menu accompanied by a matched wine, carefully chosen to complement and enhance the dish.
