Eat

ChaChawan (Authentic Thai) Best Thai Food in Hong Kong with bold flavors. The funky atmosphere brings you to Thailand without having to get on a plane.

Under The Bridge Chili Crab (Old School Cantonese) You will down and dirty using your hands to breakdown the freshest seafood with this addictive fried garlic like streusel topping.

Chino (Mexican-Asian Fusion) Uni-Scallop Tostada….. that’s all I have to say.

Sushi Ku (Sleek Japanese): The fish is flown in daily from Tsukiji Market. I always go for the Omakase Menu and let Saturo Mukogawa work his magic.

Butao (Ramen) The Black King Ramen (Black Garlic) will make you cry with joy.

Yardbird (Izakaya) This became a Hong Kong Institution the day the doors opened. Order everything.

Drink

Ronin (Whisky) Known for their outstanding cuisine, Ronin boasts the most extensive Japanese whiskeys selection in Hong Kong in a quiet, cool spot.

Brickhouse (Beer) Tucked away in a ally in Lang Kwai Fong, This spot is just dam cool, if you can find it!

Lily (Bar) Ron Zacapa Old Fashioned, enough said.

Bar At Café Grey (Wine) This sleek, intimate bar in the Upper House Hotel with killer view and an impeccable wine list.

Brew Brothers (Coffee): Double espresso, then the day can begin.

Shop

Graham Street Wet Market (Groceries) This is where I pick up my fresh produce and proteins. Feels like real Hong Kong to me.

Shanghai Street (Kitchen Stuff) Where I buy kitchen toys and plates for my home.

Gough Street: small shops, cool stuff.

Relax

Racks (Bar) Nothing better then shooting pool with friends and few beers after a crazy service.

Pure Fitness & Yoga: I consume massive amounts of calories. A hardcore session of exercise is my cure to gluttony.

Marouche: Double Apple Hookah and Mint Tea while people watching.
