Even if your just getting together for a few office drinks on Friday, a cocktail is a great way to start your evening. Ingredients

50ml Bombay Sapphire

50ml Clementine Juice or Orange Juice

50ml Fever-Tree Tonic Water

2 Heaped Teaspoons of Cranberry Jelly

Large ‘Balloon’ Wine Glass or Burgundy Glass

Two Freshly Cut Lime Wedges

A Few Clementine Segments

Garnish

Method

Mix the Bombay Sapphire, cranberry jelly and clementine juice together in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake hard. Strain over cubed ice intoa balloon glass, lightly squeeze a lime wedge and drop in. Next, usinga twisted bar spoon, pour the tonic water whist stirring. Garnish withclementine segments and a lime wedge.

Spicy StagPunch

Ingredients

50ml Jägermeister Spice

12.5ml Amaretto

12.5ml Chambord

25ml Red Wine

12.5ml Lemon Juice

A dash of Grenadine

Top off with lemonade

Method
Combine all of the ingredients, and stir. Pour over ice into a large balloon glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
