Ingredients
40ml aged bourbon
30ml water
7ml kaffir lime syrup
To serve
1 Thai basil leaf
1 fresh mint leaf
Method
Mix the aged bourbon, water and kaffir lime syrup together and pour into a cigar tube. Place the tube into a silver goblet filled with crushed ice and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a leaf of Thai basil.
