Ahead of the first statewide MICHELIN Guide in the United States, a series of dinners with esteemed California-based chefs will be held at Chefs Club in New York.

Taking place with a number of esteemed California-based chefs, gourmands are invited to join them for a innovative event series taking place from May 13 until June 8.

The exclusive dinners (complete with wine pairings) aim to celebrate cuisine coming out of Northern California, with a talented lineup of all-star chefs featuring the likes of Jason Fox, Kyle Connaughton, Erik Andersen and more. 

“These dinner collaborations that we have with MICHELIN right now are very special to us,” commented Sabrina Debaets, business developer for Chefs Club New York.

“They are bringing very exceptional chefs to us [representing] immense diversity in the culinary field. These dinners are really a tour de force.

Following the success of our first partnership in 2018, we are expanding our collaboration with MICHELIN to introduce the 4×4 Dinner Series.

These dinners will occur four times a year at Chefs Club and will run for four weeks. The first iteration of the series will run from May 13 to June 8, featuring a combination of all-star chefs leading Michelin-starred restaurants in the San Francisco/Bay Area.”

Each dinner will feature six delectable courses, as well as meet and greet opportunities with the talented chefs.

1 Week One: 13 – 19 May 2019
