Rocket Espresso also has a strong association with cycling as a brand. In 2009 they made 100 machines marking the 100-year anniversary of the first edition of the Giro d’Italia cycling race. From there on, the company built a following from World Tour riders, who contacted the company directly for machines in their kitchens at home. Around 350 World Tour riders have now purchased Rocket Espresso machines.
