Today’s Chef of the Day heads up a threeMichelin star restaurant ensconced within the landmark art deco building, theMetropolitan Life North BuildinginNew York City,renowned for its dazzlinglyhigh 35-foot ceilings and view over-looking Madison Square Park,not to mention its exceptional menu which consists of modern and sophisticated French dishes with the perfect combination of purity, simplicity and seasonally led flavours and ingredients.

Originally from Switzerland, today’s chef earned his first Michelin star at the tender age of just 24,as the executive chef at Gasthaus zum Gupf in the Swiss Alps.
