OnSunday 28th February two pioneersof the modern dining scene in London, Lyle’s and The Clove Club, will beteaming up with Gelinaz! for a one-off culinary extravaganza. Known for last year’s culinary swap The Grand Gelinaz! Shuffle – where 37 chefs swapped their lives, homes and restaurant kitchens- the team is touching down in London for another attempt at shaking up the everyday lives of both chefs and diners.
The first of four events happening across the world this year, Gelinaz! have invited some major chef talent to collaborate on a 16-course menu that will play out simultaneously at Lyle’s and The Clove Club.Randomly teamed-up in pairs, each GELINAZ! chef-duo will create four dishes (two starters, a main-course and dessert), in- terpreting and remixing two original 4-courses menus specially created for the event by Isaac McHale ofThe Clove Club andJames Lowe of Lyle’s. The restaurant in which each chef-duo is placed, as well as what will be on the menu will only be revealed on the evening of the event..but in true Gelinaz! style, the order of service may be a little shaken-up. Expect the evening to be interrupted, to leave the premises and to be kept on your toes while you walk with us!
