World-class chefs Joan Roca, Albert Adrià, Brett Graham and James Knappett join the line up for Estrella Damm’s flagship culinary event being held in London.

Today will see The Hurlingham Club in Chelsea, London play host to the second gastronomy congress that has been pioneered by leading Spanish brewery, Estrella Damm.As a company that already has its feet firmly planted in Spanish culinary culture with a José Pizarro as its UK brand ambassador and Ferran Adrià as a global brand ambassador, this event aims to strengthen connections further by allowing gastronomic relationships to flourish between a range of gourmet restaurants and chefs.

For this event the highly acclaimed beer company of Barcelona has worked in association with Restaurant Magazine to produce this highly anticipated and innovative gastronomic event.Simon Stenning of M&C Allegra Foodservice will be a guest speaker at the event and commented that;

“The world of gastronomy is changing rapidly as chefs embrace new technology, approaches and formats, and as more consumers become food pleasure seekers. The gastronomic congress 2015 will allow the broader spectrum of the food and drink industry to interact with high profile chefs in addressing the topic of the changing face of modern gastronomy, as well as emerging trends and current highlights.

This year will see an outstanding line up of celebrated chefs such as Brett Graham of The Ledbury, which was voted no. 20 on this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list, James Knappett of Kitchen Table at Bubbledogs, as well as the world’s best pastry chef, Albert Adrià of ‘Tickets’ (no. 42 on the list), all joining The world’s No.1 Best restaurant owner, Joan Roca of El Celler de Can Roca.
