To celebrate the fact that, for a whole decade Christian Bau, chef at Victor’s Fine Dining Restaurant at Victor’s Residenz Hotel Schloss Berg, has been able to keep his three Michelin stars, guests were invited to take part in a night to remember.
Together with ten prominent chefs of the German, Austrian and Dutch fine dining scene, 350 guests were indulged in the open.
Guests chefs included: , , Jacob Jan Boerma, , Jan Hartwig, , and . Vintners Markus Molitor and Nik Weis (Mosel), Fritz Keller (Baden) and Champagne house Gosset provided the matching drinks.
The guest list also included some prominent personalities from the world of politics and sport. Tickets for the event were sold out within 24 hours of their release.
