The Park Lane Hong Kong, a Pullman Hotel, set against a backdrop of Hong Kong’s most breath-taking views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park, is poised to open this September one of the most anticipated roof bar and restaurant “SKYE”, as part of the HK$300 million makeover. SKYE will be offering a distinctively creative culinary and tantalising bar experience in the vibrant shoppingand entertainmentdistrict of Causeway Bay,making it a must-visit venue in the area.

Helmed by Head Chef Lee Adams, SKYE will offer a variety of contemporary French cuisine showcasing Chef Adams’award-winning culinarytechniquesand stellar palate honed through his culinary career at the Michelin-starred establishments of Gary Rhodes and The Waterside Inn in the UK, expanded internationally with opening Gary Rhodes’ restaurant in Dubai.

Chef Adams will be joined by an international team of young and dynamic hospitality professionals such as the hotel’s Sommelier, Restaurant Manager and mixologist, led by the hotels Food and Beverage Director Mr. Hugo Cheng. With years of working experience at Michelin-starred restaurants and best bars around the world and in Hong Kong, such as L’atelier de Joël Robuchon, Caprice by the Four Seasons, and Nobu, the team will be bringing together experience as well as passion for the industry.

“The concept behind SKYE is about bringing Hong Kong’s global nomads together at a relaxing design setting,” shares Mr. Luc Bollen, General Manager of the Hotel.“The food and cocktail culture at SKYE underpins the sharing culture of today’s millennials. Chef Adams’ menu will be complemented by bespoke-designed and sophisticated contemporary cocktails offerings based on artisanal and boutique spirits.Inspired by the eclectic anddistinctivecharacteristics of Hong Kong, the menu boast an extraordinary collection of iconic SKYE signature cocktails featuring craft spirits, seasonal ingredients, and visually stunning presentations.An impressive wine list from the old and new world is selected to be paired with the menu.

To alignwith the theme of bringing people together, world renowned architecture and interior design company, Design Worldwide Partnership,aimstoconvert SKYEto a contemporarybar and restaurantwith grace and comfort, bringing the resultofasleeklook that marries glitz and glamour,bound to set a trend in Hong Kong.

German Street artist, KEF,alsolends the space an element of fun and modern chicness with his mixed medium textural art reminiscent of the wavy lines of seashells.

In addition to the main restaurant space,SKYEconsists of three private dining roomsprovidinga classic andserenebackdrop for entertaining large and small groups alike.

Seating 180 people, SKYE occupies 8,000 sq ft, includingthethreeprivate rooms and a large outside Deck dominated with an illuminating oblong bar offering mesmerizing views of Victoria Harbour and Victoria Park. An in-house DJ will beperforming everynight, creating ahipand vibrant ambience.
