The UK’s largest natural/organic/biodynamic wine fair is back for its seventh edition this May, and it’s set to be the best yet…

With over 180 growers and makers already signed up, it isset to beone of the largest RAWs to date. With a whole new selection of wine growers, plus a few surprises in store, including the chance to bottle your ownwinestraight from barrel with iconic naturalwinegrowerOlivier Cousin, Raw 2016can guarantee you will have the chance to taste things you have definitely never tasted before…

Over a dozen partner importers are already involved – including stalwart titans of the UKwine industry as well as recent additions to the scene – all of them bringing with them gaggles of great growers to meet and taste with. Plus, there are a host of brand new, unrepresented, never-before-tasted-in-the-UK growers just waiting to be snapped up, so come visit and explore away.

In the lead up to the fair there will also be anavant-garde ofwinebar pop-upto hit the streets of London. Featuring bottles from growers coming to the fair as well aswinesavailable nowhere else in the UK, TheEDITION XRAWBasement Pop-upwill feature dailywinespecials, mini-tastings for the trade exploring the portfolios of some of the UK’s best naturalwineimporters, and will showcase a selection of 100+ low-intervention organic and biodynamicwines, including a selection of old vintages to give guests the opportunity to taste aged naturalwines.

Many of thewineswill be available by the glass and several growers visiting London for the fair, will also be making guest appearances so expect late nights and delicious encounters.

And, as the cherry on the cake, Severine Perru– one of NYC’s leading naturalwinelights &WineDirector at theTen Bells NYC, which opened in 2008 in Manhattan’s Lower East Side and became the US’ first naturalwinebar – will be appearing asHead Sommelier!

Alongside thewines, therewill also be an offering of charcuterie and cheese boards from theBerners Tavernupstairs to help make sure you don’t topple off your bar stool.

Basically, the EDITION XRAWBasement Pop-up looks set to be one of the most exciting low-interventionwineselections in London.
