January 7, 2016 will see two of the finest chefs in the business, Chef and Restaurateur and Chef , come together to host an unforgettable dinner at his eponymous restaurant within Hotel Bel-Air.

The exclusive dinner with a limited guest list of just 70 will comprise of a six-course tasting menu, with three courses being prepared by each celebrated chef.

Known for his bold and innovative style of cooking, Wolfgang Puck has been said to have redefined fine dining in America and continues to be synonymous with the industry ever since.

His popular, namesake restaurant, Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air, represents one of his best restaurant experiences for Los Angeles and is a hotel restaurant like no other, featuring a spectacular garden setting and two distinct dining venues offering the best of indoor and outdoor California cuisine.

Working in tandem with the illustrious Michelin starred Pierre Gagnaire, owner of numerous restaurant concepts worldwide, including: Sketch, London; Gaya, Paris; Pierre Gagnaire, Tokyo; Pierre at Hotel Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong; Pierre Gagnaire, Seoul, Korea and Twist, Las Vegas, the chefs will create a beautiful menu that will showcase their infamous cuisine.

Highlights from the menu include Puck’s Snake River Farm’s American Wagyu Beef and French Black Truffle and Gagnaire’s, Bresse Poultry and Belon Oysters.

Reservations are now being accepted for this exclusive meal and tickets will be available to both hotel guests and non-hotel guests. the collaborative dinner is priced at $225 per person, excluding beverage, tax and gratuity, with optional wine pairings for an additional $125.
