FOUR has been excited to follow the rise and rise of Joakim Prat’s career as a pastry chef. Not only are Joakim’s pastries sublime eye candy, to taste them is perfect heaven. His patries are the ultimate marriage of visual and sensory perfection. Following his success as head pastry chef atL’Atelier Joël Robuchon and The Greenjouse, Joakim will be opening up his new personal venture on 15 April.

The FOUR team will be seeking out Joakim’s specialist patisserie,Maître Choux in London’s South Kensington. A hybrid between a French patisserie shop and small cafe, it will be the venue for luxurious self-indulgence. Try out the thick hot chocolate – made in true Basque style to Joakim’s grandmother’s recipe – and a divine pastry. Choose from one of the ranges of choux pastry creations on display or order a bespoke creation.
