To celebrate the launch of the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2018, Chef Jason Atherton will be hosting an all-star dinner and featuring Chef Tom Kerridge of the Hand and Flowers and Tom Kitchin of The Kitchen, on Wednesday, October 4th, 2017.

Taking place at Atherton’s highly acclaimed restaurant, Pollen Street Social this inspiring, collaborative experience combines the individual talents of each chef to showcase one unique tasting menu. The all-star dinner with commence with a sparkling wine reception followed by a 6-course menu with wine pairings. 

Boasting a fantastic culinary CV, Tom Kitchin early training extends from at the Gleneagles Hotel to experience garnered from some of the world’s most renowned chefs and restaurants, including Pierre Koffmann and the 3-star La Tante Claire restaurant in London, 3-star Michelin restaurant Guy Savoy in Paris and Alain Ducasse’s 3-star Michelin Le Louis XV restaurant in Monte Carlo.

Alongside him, Chef Tom Kerridge has long been a firm favourite with his modest attitude and deep-rooted passion for local, seasonal and homegrown produce. Tom is now the chef patron at the two Michelin-starred Hand & Flowers pub in Marlow, which he opened with his wife Beth in 2005. The Hand & Flowers is the first pub ever to hold two Michelin-stars.Tom has appeared on the BBC’s Great British Menu programme both as a contestant and then a judge. He also hosted his own BBC series Tom Kerridge’s Proper Pub Food, Spring Kitchen with Tom Kerridge and Best Ever Dishes. Tom also now runs The Coach in Marlow and has published his third book, Tom’s Table.
